A Texas Documentary Studio
Built by political insiders, for stories no one else can tell. The real Texas — its contradictions, its people, its outsized role in America's future.
Our Mission
Texas is everywhere in the American imagination. Almost none of it is true. Coastal media reduces it to a punchline. Political media uses it as a weapon. Serious nonfiction has largely looked away.
And that vacuum isn't staying empty. Right-wing content platforms have moved in deliberately, understanding what mainstream media missed: whoever tells Texas's story shapes how America understands itself. Seeker Studios launched to change that.
The Problem
Coastal media reduces it to a punchline. Political media uses it as a weapon. Serious nonfiction has largely looked away.
And that vacuum isn't staying empty — right-wing content platforms have moved in deliberately, understanding what mainstream media missed: whoever tells Texas's story shapes how America understands itself.
Our Unfair Advantage
We shape it.
Our founders have led the Texas Democratic Party, directed policy for the Mexican American Legislative Caucus, and run campaigns at every level. We know the levers of power in Texas.
We have relationships with members of Congress, state legislators, donors, activists, journalists, and faith and community leaders — and the trust to get them on camera.
Our Uvalde project includes exclusive interviews and footage from elected officials, first responders, and community members who have never spoken on record — until now.
We're not outsiders parachuting in. We're Texans who've spent careers embedded in the communities, coalitions, and institutions we're documenting.
"An unflinching reckoning.
Told by the people who were there."
Current Project
An unflinching documentary unpacking the lead-up to tragedy, the massive institutional failure, and the long aftermath that followed — told by the people who were there.
Join Us
We are actively seeking production partners, funders, and distribution conversations for Uvalde — and building the pipeline of Texas stories that follows.
